We employ several types of career professionals to boost the work here at Washburn House. The job positions we have available include:

Admissions Coordinator

This position involves establishing the client’s financial, psychiatric, and physical health condition to facilitate the admissions process. This is a full-time position.

Case Manager

The Case Manager works in rehab/therapy assisting patients plan and implement individualized services during residency. Also, they help prepare for continuing care and safe, sober housing after discharge. This is a full-time position.

Clinical Care Coordinator

The Case Manager works in rehab/therapy assisting patients plan and implement individualized services during residency. Also, they help prepare for continuing care and safe, sober housing after discharge. This is a full-time position.

Clinician

The Clinician is responsible for managing a caseload of patients and providing sound, therapeutic treatment. This is a full-time position.

Licensed Practical Nurse

The Licensed Practical Nurse provides prescribed medical treatment and nursing care services to patients. This is a full or part-time position.

Recovery Specialist

The Recovery Specialist is an important part of the multidisciplinary treatment team, and he or she will implement treatment plan interventions in the milieu. This is a full or part-time position.

Utilization Review Specialist

This person will conduct pre-certification and utilization management functions for all substance abuse services. In addition, they will engage in ongoing contact with the managed care company representatives and provide initial clinical data for pre-certification and concurrent case review to ensure authorization of all necessary days at the most appropriate level of care. This is a full-time position.
